Ursula Andrews was last seen terrorizing downtown Little Rock, AR in 2008.  Thankfully, social media was still in its infancy, and very little record remains of the havoc she unleashed.  She is inspired by Phyllis Diller, Jenifer Lewis, and the glamour of rummaging through other people’s closets.  She can be found on Venmo @andybuckyroo.
