Lalo is extremely excited to celebrate the Tony Awards season with "VLOG Does the Tonys 2: No Sore Losers!", which for a brief moment would be the only Tonys' related show happening over that weekend, but now it's not...  Jokes aside, this will be a weekend for the ages!!!

 

With VLOG, he's been a revolutionary trying to survive to see the day after that, a struggling actor who just wants a chance to let everyone know that he was there, an artist trying to finish his hat and a peer who wants the trumpets to bray loudly. This time, he couldn't be more excited to perform some of his all-time favorite show tunes of all time!

Don't blink Lily, cause this old man is going after his award!!!

 

Originally from Brazil, he appeared in productions of Grease and A Kate Me Quis, a showcase that mixed the stories of Kiss Me Kate and Anything Goes, then in 2016, Lalo moved to New York City. He joined The American Musical and Dramatic Academy in 2019, where he trained in their Integrated Musical Theatre Program. He performed in showcases directed by Jim Elliott, Keith Andrews and Diane Ciesla, performing a selection of songs and scenes from shows Flying Over Sunset, Nine, Something Rotten!, The Inheritance and Farragut North. 

 

This weekend will be an extra special one for Lalo. Not only will it be his birthday, but it's also his farewell to NYC, as he's about to start his next chapter in Atlanta!

 

Thank you to my wonderful husband Leo (and Lola) for all his love and support, and to my incredible family and friends that have always been there for me. I cannot wait to share my next endeavors with each and every one of you.
