Tyler is absolutely thrilled to take on his dream role of Count Carl-Magnus in his first Sondheim—and to share the stage with his real-life wife, Laura, as his onstage wife, Charlotte. Recently seen as Claude in VLOG’s The Baker’s Wife, Tyler’s favorite past roles include Sir Roderic in Ruddigore at the International G&S Festival (where he was nominated for Best Male Voice) and the Pirate King in The Pirates of Penzance with the Blue Hill Troupe. Cherished non-classical credits include The Beast in a staged production of Over the Garden Wall and the Abominable Showman in Ted Baker’s holiday marketing campaign.
Beyond the stage, Tyler explores the intersection of technology and theater, painting virtual reality renditions of theatrical spaces and bringing creative visions to life in new media.
